Episode Suyu 838 is the largest single building among co-living brands in the world, with commercial facilities located from the first basement level to the fourth floor, and residential facilities located from the third floor to the 23rd floor. It is a residential culture platform with various shared spaces with a total of 838 householders.




About 80% of the Furniture & props are manufactured with Recycled or Upcycled Materials and it led to a reduction of 3tons of carbon emission. 





To create a sustainable community-based space with 838 households of diverse people who can grow together, the space is designed as a flexible space where various programs can be actively conducted without limits. Fixed furniture was minimized and large foldable windows were installed to connect the two places through the outdoor square, creating an environment where various and lively connection points can be generated according to the desired purpose of use.

All furniture and fixture designs in the shared space were planned with the possibility of repurposing, repairing, reusing, and recycling after disposal in stages over a long period of time in the future. In addition to the use of eco-friendly materials, the modular design applied to all furniture and fixture enables sustainable space alteration, as it is easy to move and transform according to the desired purpose of use.
